Q: Are all your items authentic?
A: We do our best to ensure every item we sell is authentic. Each piece is carefully inspected before listing, including tags, materials and era-specific details.

Vintage authentication isn’t always perfect, so if an item were ever to slip through the cracks and you had concerns about its authenticity, please reach out and we’ll happily resolve the issue — including providing a full refund if necessary.

Q: Are your items new or used?
A: Vintage and streetwear clothing items are mostly pre-loved, while some curated modern pieces may be new. Every product listing clearly states the condition. All items are washed and steamed and ready to wear.

Q: Why does this item have marks, fading, holes, or other flaws?
A: Because many vintage items are pre-loved, they may show signs of wear like fading, small marks or distressing. We view these as part of the garment’s unique character — and we disclose and photograph any imperfections clearly in the listing.

Q: Why do vintage prices vary so much?
A: Vintage clothing prices can vary depending on rarity, age, condition and demand. Some pieces — particularly vintage band tees, sportswear and older branded items — are highly collectible and harder to find.
